Being from out of state; a friend recommended Great Blue (Buddy) when I was looking for a house. His knowledge of the area and real estate market is invaluable. We set up a day to look at houses that fit my liking and budget. When I decided on a place to make offer (IT WAS A SATURDAY) , Buddy got the ball rolling and had offer submitted that evening.
